Why we built Vironix ## Chronic disease is managed in 15-minute visits. We think that's the problem. Six in ten American adults live with a chronic condition, and a handful of them — heart failure, COPD, diabetes, CKD — drive the majority of avoidable hospitalizations. Patients deteriorate slowly, at home, between appointments. The care system usually doesn't see it until they're in an emergency room. The signals that predict a decompensation are already there in vitals, symptoms, and adherence. The hard part isn't collecting them — it's building models that hold up on messy, real-world patient data and translating their output into a clinical action that actually happens that day. Most solutions skip the first half and outsource the second. We do both, in-house. Vironix was founded by PhDs in applied mathematics and machine learning, with peer-reviewed work published in collaboration with Oxford, Mount Sinai, Penn State, and the University of Delaware. The risk-stratification AI underneath our platform is our own research, not a licensed black box. That science is what turns risk signals into earlier interventions — fewer decompensations, fewer ER visits, and more patients stable at home. What practices get is a unified virtual care platform — Remote Physiologic Management (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Principal Care Management (PCM), Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM) and Remote Therapeutic Management (RTM) in one workflow — operated by our clinicians and powered by AI we publish on.
