Rachel joins us as Senior Vice President of Customer Success, bringing 20+ years of experience driving customer-centric transformation at high-growth technology companies.

Previously, Rachel created and led the Customer Experience function at [Zuora](https://www.linkedin.com/company/zuora/), co-founded [Frontleaf](https://www.linkedin.com/company/frontleaf/) and established its Customer Success practice, and built and delivered the client experience at [Convio](https://www.linkedin.com/company/convio/) for many healthcare customers.
