Written consent to join the SMS texting program is obtained during patient enrollment as part of their consent form. We recommend patients take advantage of the in-app messaging feature, but they can also agree to enroll in the SMS program.

Patients can opt out by texting “STOP” or contacting Vironix’s care team.

Use Cases

Customer Care

The SMS program allows patients to communicate with their care team about their care services, devices, measurements, etc. This can be initiated by the patient or by the care team member.

Account Notifications

Vironix will use SMS to notify you about missing measurements, remind you about appointments, or attempt to schedule appointments between you and your care team. Automated messages are configurable on the mobile app.
